Odyssey seeks investments in the $5M to $25M price range in the Midwest with a focus on both cap rate & turn around deals. Our target brands are Residence Inn, Courtyard, Radisson, Crown Plaza, Double Tree, Stay Bridge, Homewood Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Wyndham and Hyatt Place.
