Angel González-Torres is the Director of Construction for Odyssey hotels.  He has over 20 years of construction experience in multi-family housing, medical facilities, civil works, mid-rise construction, retail, hotels and other commercial projects. His education includes a B.S.  in Civil Engineering (Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, with a major in Construction Management; Certified Engineer in Training (EIT) by the Puerto Rico Board of Engineers Examiners and member of the CIAPR; Certified with OSHA 10-hr course; and a current PMI member of the Milwaukee Chapter. His skill includes proficiency in Construction Project Management and Field Inspector Techniques, Angel is highly proficient in technology and able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously. He was a  Resident Engineer for Inspection of various type of projects including Housing Urban Development projects, Department of Education school projects, civil projects such as buildings structures, pre-cast building structures, parking structures, off-site works such as roads, potable water main lines, electrical main lines and power poles, pavement, steel structures, among others.  Angel manages all construction activity in the company.
