Position Requirements/Job Results:
Follow established standards determined by management and government regulations, including OSHA, when cleaning hotel guestrooms, public areas, and when performing other duties
Report all needed repairs, safety, fire, or security problems and concerns that might cause damage to guests, staff, or hotel property immediately to management.
Transfer any lost and found items in accordance with standard hotel procedure to Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Submit completed, assigned rooms list, as well as any floor and room keys in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.
Conduct periodic deep cleaning of guestrooms.
Assist in laundry or with other duties assigned by management.
Exhibit professional communication and team-member skills to accomplish maximum service for department and property.
Comprehend how all departments within the hotel work together and affect each other, guests, and service.
Recognize and follow company procedures and policies as defined in the Employee Handbook.
Complete any and all tasks given by supervisor.
